Perfect Sushi Rice Recipe
Quick and easy sushi rice recipe!
- 1 & 1/2 Cups Uncooked Sushi Rice (Can be found at most grocery stores. See link below in notes for my favorite brand)
- 2 Cups Water
- Combine 1.5 cups of uncooked sushi rice and 2 cups of water in a medium size pan. Let rice soak for 15 minutes.
- Once rice has soaked for 15 minutes, bring rice to a low boil, then cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until water is absorbed.
- Please wait until rice is at room temperature before grabbing a handful, this is supposed to be fun.Enjoy 😊
