Tempura Batter Recipe
Easy (and somewhat healthy) tempura batter recipe
- 2 Small mixing bowls
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2/3 Cup Cold Water
- 1 Cup Cornstarch
- Put egg whites in a bowl and beat them until frothy.
- Slowly add the flour and cold water, slowly mixing.No need to mix extensively!
- *Quick note: coat the vegetables or meat in cornstarch before you dip into your tempura batter
